There are a total of 11 Reading Achievements that our members can earn. Beginning at the lowly Bookworm, awarded after finishing one book; our members can work their way through 10 additional levels ending with the rare and coveted Book God. In addition to these 11 levels, there are gender variations for each level offering a total of 22 different Regular badges.

There are a total of 11 Legendary Reading Achievements that our members can earn. These achievements are upgraded version of the regular badges and are awarded when members write a book review for each book the complete. Just like Regular Reading Achievements there are gender variations for each level offering a total of 22 different Legendary badges. The highest level any member can reach is Legendary Book God which is the most rare and difficult to achieve.

In addition to our monthly meetups the bookclub hosts an online forum to provide help to students while reading the books. In addition to the month’s current book members can post just about anything they want as the forum also serves as a venue for members to simply socialize. Our most active students can award three different participation achievements. Those students that enjoy being the first to post a new topic can attain the Conversation Starter Badge which can be upgraded to the much regarded Forum Filosopher badge. Members that dont like to start new topics but are happy to chime in regularly can achieve the Chatty Cathy badge after posting 1000 times.

In addition to the main reading achievements, members can also earn badges for competing other activities. In the way that perfect attendance is a time honored and awarded tradition in school so it will be for the bookclub. Members that attend meetups without missing any can earn one of four participation achievements. Platinum member status will require attending every single meetup for just over 4 years. This badge could perhaps be the most difficult of all bookclub badges to attain.

Each week like clockwork our president posts her weekly message to the club. In her messages you can find everything from jokes to pointers to song lyrics on occasion. Two things that you will find in every message? Inspiration and the weekly quiz! From the very first quiz it has proven to be quite competitive often being answered within minutes of posting. Our members can attain four levels of achievements beginning at Rookie and ending in the ultra rare Scholar. Considering there are only 52 quizzes in a year it will be quite the challenge for any one student to answer 50 correctly.
